You ask too much of your viewer... to point out mistakes on a piece like this. Hurm. The scale is epic and you've given us everything we could ask for... a looming angle, a great detail of scale in the character (presumably waving a stick at the giant metal ship floating and crashing her way) and wonderful fading through fog and distance. Excellent composition to match. I missed out on this when I blanked out my watchergallery... it's an excellent piece that comes together smoothly. It hovers between realism and impressionism... giving us just the right details and the right accuracy without overloading the piece and dragging it into hyper-realistic nonsense (I'm showing prejudice here I suppose. I'm not really a fan of hyper-realism.) So cool - thanks for sharing.

=) Well i dont think i can do hyperrealism with thous. I need somthing to look at to do that. I think hyperrealism is good as an excersis. Develops ur observation skill, helps grasp nuanses, shape and color but by God when half of artworld went into rebellion against another extreme, abstract expressionism, and started doing painting that looked like photographes... well that sucked as much as some of modern "edgy" abstractions. I had a teacher who was into it a lot -_- I almost dropped the class. Then she brought some loser... aa srry "visiting artist" =) well they guy can't even draw... seriously we asked if he does anything besides drawing black lines and blotting tube colors on the canvas.... depressing...

Yes you are right, critique is what I should give. But there is not one perfect paiting, there are many, and this spectacular work of yours is one of them.

The more I look at it, the more I love it. I tried to find "mistakes" and possible points for improvement, but I couldn't. The painting is so well balanced, it has the shadings just right, and the ship's shape and the geometry of the ice look totally realistic.

Some people might see flaws in it, but for me, there are none to be found.
